Walters & Cohen has completed feasibility studies for almost all our built projects. A feasibility study would generally include:

RIBA Work Stage 0
This stage involves obtaining and collating all necessary data on the site and establishing the vision and aspirations of key stakeholders. A number of surveys are carried out during this stage; relevant constraints are investigated using local and national planning guidance.

RIBA Work Stage 1
During this stage an outline schedule of accommodation and, where appropriate, a masterplan is produced. Consultation is extended to statutory authorities including planning authorities, building control, highways and other relevant consultees.

The design work undertaken during the feasibility stage of projects is invaluable in setting the context for future design development.
