A Christmas to Remember
This year’s Christmas outing was a trip to see our buildings for the King’s School in Canterbury:
All were looking splendid against the frosty blue skies, but our frosty blue fingers eventually got the better of us and we retreated to the pub. It was then we discovered that the coach had broken down, resulting in a desperate dash to get cabs and buses to the Fordwich Arms on one of the busiest nights of the year.
It was everything we could have hoped for: a warm welcome, an even warmer fire in a cosy room, and food that we’ll be talking about for years to come. Please excuse the fuzzy/wonky photograph – we must remember to take a decent photo before corks are popped.
