Boathouse 4 Wins Award

Last night Boathouse 4 won the Best Reuse Award at the Portsmouth Society Design Awards 2016.

We are delighted that the judges appreciated our refurbishment of the unique and much-loved building that supports the teaching of traditional boatbuilding skills. The jury report notes that it 'is not only a gratifying return to the boathouse's original function, but the new facility addresses the continuing loss of traditional dockyard trade skills.'
